The nature seems on having a recovery after the beautiful ,
cold winter, entering herself to the spring and her re-birth.
Still all the trees are naked but you can spot the green grass growing so fast.
Closing your eyes for a second and the next thing you will see,
will be more colour, more life!
Going some days back in the calendar i had to travel some hours away from the city,
to a special occasion.
My brother is officially a commando in Special Forces in the Greek Army.
I know it sounds so matcho but i cannot hide my pride!!
He would probably kill me for posting his face here, but it's a price i will pay from the beyond! :P
He is my beautiful baby brother!!
And of course i found the time to take some photos around.
Also some vanity - outfit photos!

My make up was very light, cause well, i had to get up extremely early
and i was so bored to do anything more... spectacular.
Sun kept us company for a quite a while and then, darkness!!!!
Around noon the weather changed completely. Me liked a lot :D

That doesn't look anything like what I imagined Greece would look like! It's so pretty! And I'm envious that things are starting to turn green there - it's all brown and dead over here still. I agree with you - the cloudy weather is more my kind of weather, too! :D

Ooooh, Thessaloniki is beautiful! Now that I think of it, I guess the only pictures I've really seen of Greece are the coliseum and little all-white villages with beautiful turquoise seas. So that's how I picture Greece - just those two images! LOL

ΑπάντησηΔιαγραφήThe reason is that we had the most wet winter in years (weeks of non-stoping rain several times a month is a little too much). But now we can enjoy all those small and beautiful flowers around!
And oh, Greek landscapes look pretty similar to Galician ones!

The same here! At least all those rainy days had a great a colourful result! And we are only in the beginning!! I do love green, i do love nature, flowers, the forest, the animals, i do hate the burning sun though! I cannot breath and it keeps me from enjoying the rest!! Spring is fine but summer is when everything melt!!! :S
