Greetings everyone!!! It's all about red today...
Everyone around me got the flu and like a ninja (oook! slow down ninja :P) i got away. The truth is i eat as clean as possible and that is the main reason why i "survived" a whole winter without getting sick. I never eat frozen vegetables or fruits, all must be fresh and at their own season. In this way i will receive the best of them. So from November till now, i squeeze and drink everyday, one full glass of fresh orange juice. I think that helped me a lot. Just an idea if you are frequently getting sick like i did in the past.
I'm really happy with my decision to start eating healthy. Even more, that i start ballet again! And one of the reasons i start everything the past year and a half is because of my anxiety. The real awful problem, the "friend" i never wanted. I was doing better but during the past few months, anxiety brought me some new problems i have to deal with. And i do my best but sometimes i feel exhausted, that nothing will bring the sanity i crave. But then again, i think to myself, who is sane anyway?! Everyone i know has their own little loud demon(s) to deal with. I will never give up, no one and nothing will bring me down. I will survive :) And so do you! I taught myself quitting life is not an option. Quit trying and giving up so easily is not something i will allow myself to do. It takes a lot to gather your pieces and move on. Yes sometimes it feels like every effort goes straight to hell but you will look back eventually and you will see all the little things you manage to improve. Little by little, one day, everything will be ok :)
Now, let's talk about books and movies, things that bring me unnatural joy!! ^-^
Yes, finally, it's mine. A gorgeous copy of the Dracula (1897 Gothic horror novel)
by Bram Stoker. The novel does not need any further words.
I bought my copy during the January sales and it is the second book i own from the
Barnes & Noble Collectible Editions. The first was The Complete Tales and Poems
of Edgar Allan Poe. This is a gorgeous heavy leather bound edition
of the most classic book ever. Is smaller than the Poe's but it is equally beautiful.
If you enjoy collecting classic books in leather bound editions, this is a must.
Two of my favourite classic films i recommend.
