Gonna live while I'm alive, I will sleep when I'm dead

I always have so many things to do, i wonder what if we had more than 24 hours per day and how we will spend them.. Sometimes i crave a long sleep and sometimes i crave to be up all day/night. The past week was the second. It's easy for me, not to be able to sleep many hours for like a week and then one day my body plays the sleeping beauty with my bed. ( the above picture is a reminder that summer will pass soon, hopefully! :P )

Whoever said money can't buy happiness simply didn't know where to go shopping.

In the beginning it was all black and white...

Black and White photography, always inspires me. It remind me old times, old things, old lives. I don't like color when it comes to paint, all the shadows that the black pencil can give you it is totally rewarding!

Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans!!

I usually don't go outside in the morning, unless i have important business to do but since my parasol arrived home safely i wanted to take a little walk with my new baby. Sunday was a lovely day, me armed with my new protection and my glasses!! Ok baby steps!! Still sun hurts my eyes.

We enjoy the night, the darkness, where we can do things that aren't acceptable in the light. Night is when we slake our thirst.

If one cannot enjoy reading a book over and over again, there is no use in reading it at all.

In our endeavors to recall to memory something long forgotten, we often find ourselves upon the very verge of remembrance, without being able, in the end, to remember.

Let us not be too particular; it is better to have old secondhand diamonds than none at all.

For the first time in history of my town all the old - antique shops united their "power" in one magnificent event the previous Sunday. So i dress myself up, took a book for company and went there! In my city there are - still - countless antique shops to visit but it was the first time you could see everyone in one place. If you have the money you can own so many treasures!

And so being young and dipped in folly, I fell in love with melancholy.

When you have to study and your bestfriend drags you, not without my will ok, in the cinema with her car, pictures happened, funny things and great time with no regrets!

All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream

Hello everyone long time no posts up here, but the last week was super busy. Monday started with a ring at my door from my postman - Santa, at 9am exactly, with the best package i have ever reserved. It was a pure moment of happiness. The book made its travel and came to my house safe and untouched, cause well i had some nightmares with it in the bottom of the Atlantic ocean! Crazy me... 

Everyone bought it ages ago and now at last i managed to have a copy on my own.  

The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe is now in my library and it's one of the best editions i have ever read, touched and smelled. Soon i will buy some more books like that, i cannot resist. Its a really great edition and worth the money.

X-mas day, way to meet family...

For me he is the one and only. I worship his work. His legacy the most beautiful gift. What can i say about his mystery tales, the macabre stories, the scenes of despair and death. The master of the horror tale, and the patron saint of the detective story.  I can not choose one of his works to say, this is my favourite..
